Cancel any time

You may cancel your Studio Manager Display subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period โ€” you will not be billed again after that date.

Data retention after cancellation

Your account data (bookings, clients, revenue records) is preserved for 90 days after your cancellation date. During this window you can reactivate your account or export all data as CSV. After 90 days, all data is permanently and irreversibly deleted. We will send you a reminder email before deletion occurs.

Refunds

We do not offer partial refunds for unused days within a billing cycle. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days at thepinkplayhouse713@gmail.com and we will review your case promptly.

Annual plans

Annual subscriptions are prepaid for 12 months. If you cancel an annual plan, the subscription remains active until the end of the annual period. We do not issue prorated refunds for annual plans unless required by applicable law.

Founding member rate

The founding member rate ($19/mo) is locked for as long as your subscription remains active. If you cancel and resubscribe, the founding rate is no longer available and standard pricing applies.

Price changes

We will never raise rates on active subscribers without at least 30 days' written notice. You will always have the option to cancel before any price change takes effect.
