Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Studio Manager Display, operated by Play Studios 713 LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Studio Manager Display is a SaaS dashboard that aggregates booking, revenue, and client data from connected platforms (Peerspace, Google Calendar) for photography and creative studio operators. The service is provided on a subscription basis.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older and operating a legitimate studio business to use this service. By creating an account you represent that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Studio Manager Display is offered as a single Standard plan at $29/month, billed monthly. New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full product access.

When you start a trial, you complete secure checkout through Stripe. Stripe may collect a payment method during signup depending on your checkout session; your subscription is charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel first.

Billing is processed through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. We may change pricing with at least 30 days’ notice; active subscribers on the Standard plan at the time of a change will be notified before any increase applies to them.

Accounts on grandfathered promotional rates, if any, remain governed by the terms accepted when those subscriptions were created. New subscriptions are $29/month (Standard) after any trial period.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will not be billed again after that date, and your access continues until that period ends.

First paid month: If you are unsatisfied after your trial converts to a paid subscription, email us within 7 calendar days of your first successful charge at support@studiomanagerdisplay.com and we will refund that first invoice in full. The same rules appear in our Cancellation Policy.

We do not offer partial refunds for unused days after that first-month window within a billing cycle. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days at the address above and we will review your case promptly.

Your account data is preserved for 90 days after cancellation so you can reactivate or export (for example to CSV), then it is permanently deleted. Annual plans and other edge cases are described in the Cancellation Policy.

5. Your data and connected platforms

You retain full ownership of your studio data. By connecting Peerspace or Google Calendar credentials, you authorize us to access and import your booking and client data from those platforms on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring your use of our service complies with the terms of those platforms.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. We are not liable for losses caused by service downtime.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Studio Manager Display and Play Studios 713 LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in courts located in Harris County, Texas.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email with 14 days notice. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
