Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Studio Manager Display, operated by Play Studios 713 Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Studio Manager Display is a SaaS dashboard that aggregates booking, revenue, and client data from connected platforms (Peerspace, Acuity Scheduling) for photography and creative studio operators. The service is provided on a subscription basis.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older and operating a legitimate studio business to use this service. By creating an account you represent that the information you provide is accurate.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Studio Manager Display offers the following subscription plans:
- Standard — $49/month, billed monthly, cancel anytime
- Founding Member — $29.99/month, locked in permanently for the first 10 subscribers
All plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start your trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged for the selected plan.
Billing is processed through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. Prices may change with 30 days notice, except for Founding Member subscribers whose rate is locked permanently.
4. Founding member rate
The Founding Member rate of $29.99/month is available to the first 10 paying subscribers only. Founding Member pricing is locked permanently for qualifying subscribers — this rate will not increase regardless of future standard price changes. This guarantee applies only to the original Founding Member account and is non-transferable.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account Settings. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide partial-month refunds. Your data is preserved in read-only state for 90 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted.
6. Your data and connected platforms
You retain full ownership of your studio data. By connecting Peerspace or Acuity credentials, you authorize us to access and import your booking and client data from those platforms on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring your use of our service complies with the terms of those platforms.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Share your account credentials with others
- Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell the service
- Use the service to store or transmit unlawful content
- Attempt to access other users' data
8. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. We are not liable for losses caused by service downtime.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Studio Manager Display and Play Studios 713 Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in courts located in Harris County, Texas.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email with 14 days notice. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
